James K. Adams

Jim is the President/CEO of Adams Consulting Group, LLC located in Minneapolis. Since 1997, Jim's firm has advised companies on their retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), 457, ESOP, profit-sharing, pension) and currently consults with over 100 companies primarily in the upper Midwest. Adams Consulting Group, LLC, also provides financial and investment advisory services to hundreds of individual clients, many of whom were first introduced to him as participants in the retirement plans he serves as an advisor.

Prior to establishing his firm, Jim was a Trust Officer for a national banking organization and a Fortune 500 consultant for a New York based employee benefits/actuarial consulting firm. 

Jim takes great joy and pride that two of his daughters, Laura and Annie, work with him and will one day run the firm and continue to serve the many companies and individuals the firm serves today.
